This transaction was completed in the context of the acquisition by the Austrian group Wienerberger of the Terreal Group.
Terreal's activities in Austria, Poland and Hungary (together forming the Creaton Eastern Business) were sold to swisspor Holding AG, a major player in the building materials industry, via the sale of 100% of the shares in Creaton Steildach GmbH, Creaton Polska sp. z.o.o. and Creaton South East Europe Kft.
The Gide team that advised swisspor was led by partner Nadège Nguyen, with associates Arthur Lemaitre and Elisa Domingues, on the corporate/M&A aspects; counsel Charles Terdjman, on the antitrust aspects.
