Elisa Domingues specialises in mergers, acquisition and private equity. She acts on domestic and crossborder acquisitions, joint ventures, mergers and restructuring operations, and more generally on corporate and contract law issues. She joined Gide in 2019.
Elisa holds a Master's degree in corporate law / DJCE from the University of Montpellier (France), and a Specialized Master/LLM in International law and management from HEC Paris.
She is admitted to the Paris Bar, and is fluent in French, English, Spanish and Portuguese.
