Elisa Domingues is an associate in Gide's Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions team in Paris.
She regularly advises French and foreign clients on international M&A transactions, strategic alliances and joint ventures, including multi-jurisdictional transactions, and more generally on corporate law issues. She has worked on numerous cross-border transactions involving the coordination of legal teams present in multiple jurisdictions and on complex acquisitions, disposals and strategic combinations, particularly in the hotel, industrial and banking/insurance sectors.
She recently advised Brookfield and Experimental Group on the acquisition of the Régina Hotel in Biarritz and Aigle des Neiges in Val d'Isère, and RPM International Inc. on the acquisition of TMP Convert SAS, a family business specializing in the processing of recycled plastics. She is also currently advising Société Générale on the sale of several of its shareholding interests on the African continent.
A graduate of the Master 2 DJCE - Corporate and Business Law at the University of Montpellier 1, she also obtained an MS/LLM in International Law and Management at HEC Paris. She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2019.
