A member of the Paris bar since 2012, Charles Terdjman specialises in French and EU competition law (cartels, abuse of dominance, merger control) and acts as counsel and litigator before the French Competition Authority, the European Commission and their appeal courts.
Charles has developed a solid expertise in merger control, in particular in the context of major multi-filings or transactions requiring commitments and/or the opening of an in-depth investigation phase.
He has developed particular experience in advising clients during dawn raid operations and their subsequent litigations before the appeal courts, as well as in complex anti-competitive practices, including cartels and abuses involving intellectual property rights.
Charles also regularly intervenes in distribution law and consumer law.
He has recently advised groups such as Avril, Saint-Gobain or Phoenix Pharma (merger control), Jacobs Douwe Egberts or Drouot (abuse of dominance), Nintendo or Stihl (vertical restraints).
Charles is a member of the Association des Avocats Pratiquant le Droit de la Concurrence (APDC).
