Arthur Lemaitre is an associate in the "Mergers & Acquisitions/Corporate Law" team at Gide's Paris office.

He regularly advises French and foreign clients on international M&A transactions, strategic alliances and joint ventures, including multi-jurisdictional transactions, and more generally on corporate law matters.

Arthur worked on numerous cross-border transactions involving the coordination of legal teams in multiple jurisdictions and on complex acquisitions, disposals and strategic alliances, particularly in the infrastructure, the banking/insurance and the industrial sectors. He recently advised swisspor on the acquisition of the Terreal Group's activities in Austria, Poland and Hungary, and the Michelin and EDF groups on the setting up of joint ventures.

Arthur graduated in law from the Lille Law School and in business management from the EDHEC Business School. He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2017.
