Since signing the Diversity Charter in 2018, we have been dedicated to fighting all forms of discrimination and upholding our diversity commitments. Gender equality is also fundamental to our collective success, and we are proud of our 2023 Gender Equality Index score of 98/100.
Additionally, we enable all team members to support charitable organisations, causes, and projects through our Gide Pro Bono endowment fund, established in 2012. We support initiatives focused on education, access to law and justice, and assistance for those in need. Each lawyer is encouraged to dedicate up to 40 hours per year to Pro Bono work, whether it involves legal support or sparing time.
