Nadège Nguyen is a partner within Gide's Mergers & Acquisitions/Corporate practice group. Her practice covers domestic and cross-border acquisitions and corporate matters, in particular in the industrial, hotel and agribusiness, food & beverage sectors, as well as in private equity.
Nadège recently advised Angelo Gordon on the acquisition of a portfolio of hotels (California) from Gecina; AccorHotels on its joint venture with SNCF on the Orient Express brand; Brookfield and Experimental Group on the acquisition of Regina Hotel in Biarritz. She also regularly advises KPS Capital Partners, Swiss Life Asset Management and Pernod Ricard.
Nadège was elected Chair of Lex Mundi (2013-2014) and was a member of Gide's Management Committee for 6 years (1 January 2015-31 December 2020). She is currently an Officer of the Law Firm Management Committee of the IBA.
