Gide advised Mirova on its investment in new solar IPP Girasole Energies for an amount of EUR 96,000,000.
Girasole Energies' approach is based on the development of production units in the heart of the territories. As an integrated energy producer, Girasole Energies designs, finances, builds and operates photovoltaic power plants on artificial land made available by its clients (rooftops, car parks, abandoned plots). Girasole Energies retains control of its assets over the long term.
