Manon Volle-Lenoir is an associate in Gide's "Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions" team in Paris.

She works on M&A and private equity transactions, mainly alongside company directors, founders and managers. She assists clients in a variety of transactions (corporate reorganisations, LBOs, IPOs, public and private mergers and acquisitions) and shareholder contexts (family groups, groups owned by private equity funds, listed and unlisted companies), particularly with regard to issues of access to capital, management incentives and governance.

She has recently been involved in major transactions, such as the acquisition of a stake in the healthcare property company Icade Santé from Icade by funds advised by Primonial Reim, and the takeover of the April group by KKR.

Prior to joining Gide, Manon worked since 2018 for a leading law firm specialising in advising management teams on both legal and financial aspects. Manon holds a Master 2 in Corporate Engineering and a DJCE from the University of Aix-en-Provence (2016). She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2019.
