Chloé Bouhours has been an associate within Gide Mergers & Acquisitions / Corporate practice group since 2017.
She focuses primarily on M&A transactions, fundraising transactions and the implementation of strategic partnerships, mainly in the infrastructure, energy and natural capital sectors. She acts for investment funds, major corporates and developers, in France and abroad.
Chloé is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris (bachelor of arts and master in economic law) and a graduate of Paris I - Panthéon Sorbonne University in international business and tax law. She also studied public affairs and international relations at Universidad Externado de Colombia and worked at the economic department of the French Embassy in Colombia.
Chloé is also a member of the association Infravenir and provides teaching in mergers and acquisitions within the master 2 in business law of Université Paris-Dauphine.
