Diane Paillot de Montabert is a member of the Paris Bar and an associate in Gide's Arbitration & Litigation practice. She assists French and foreign listed and unlisted companies in litigation and advisory matters relating to compliance and risk management (implementation and review of anti-corruption compliance programmes in accordance with the Sapin II Act and the Duty of Vigilance Act for parent companies: risk mapping, codes of conduct, whistleblowing procedures, anti-corruption training, etc.).
She also assists companies in the context of internal investigations, and participates in the preparation of their defence before civil, commercial and criminal courts.
Diane holds a Master 2 in Business Law from the University of Paris-Dauphine (2019), and certificates in Criminal Sciences and Criminological Sciences from the Institute of Criminology and Criminal Law of the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (2017-2018). She joined Gide in 2020 after several internships in law firms (Willkie Farr & Gallagher, Dacheng-Dentons), and as a legal assistant at the Paris Court of Appeal.
She speaks English and French.
