Gide advised the banks syndicate, including Crédit Agricole CIB and Société Générale, on the €131 million capital increase with preferential subscription rights of Axway.
The net proceeds of this capital increase will be used to partially finance the acquisition of a significant portion of Sopra Banking Software’s activities for an amount of €330 million to create a new major player in enterprise software, leader in the banking sector and financial services.
Axway is an infrastructure software publisher enables enterprises to securely open everything by integrating and moving data across a complex world of new and old technologies.
