Yasmine Tanji is associate in Gide's "Capital Markets" team in Paris.

She advises arrangers and issuers on a wide range of capital markets transactions, including equity securities, in the context of initial public offerings (on Euronext Paris, Euronext Growth and Nasdaq) and capital increases (rights issues, through public offering or private placements) and debt securities (Euro PP, MTNs, bonds, etc.). She also assists listed companies with their governance issues.

Yasmine has been involved in the initial public offerings of Groupe OKWind on Euronext Growth and Abivax on the Nasdaq Global Market, the rights issue of Axway, the capital increases of Cellectis and MendinCell (through a private placement) and on capital markets aspects of mergers.

Yasmine holds a Master degree in Banking and Financial law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas. She joined the firm as jurist in 2022 and was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2024.
