Scott Logan, Of Counsel, specializes in capital markets. He is a member of Gide's Paris-based Banking & Finance practice group.
Scott advises on U.S. law aspects of cross-border securities transactions, including public offerings in France and the United States and private placements in the United States. His experience extends to equity transactions (initial public offerings and rights offerings) and debt transactions (stand-alone debt issuances, high-yield transactions and medium-term note, covered bond and U.S. commercial paper programs), as well as liability management transactions. Scott regularly advises French, U.S. and international banks, as well as companies across a variety of industries.
Scott is admitted to practice in Paris and the State of New York, and is a Solicitor at the Supreme Court of New South Wales (Australia). He is a graduate of the University of Sydney (B.A.) and the University of Technology, Sydney (LL.B.)..
