Gide advised RPM International Inc. on the acquisition of TMP Convert SAS, a family business specializing in the processing of recycled plastics, in order to integrate it to Fibergrate Structures, which is part of RPM’s Performance Coatings Group.
The Gide team comprised partner Nadège Nguyen with Elisa Domingues and Côme Lefebure on the Corporate/M&A aspects.
For 60 years, TMP Convert SAS has specialized in the processing of recycled plastics. Based in Simandre-sur-Suran, France, TMP Convert SAS manufactures outdoor design and landscape products under the JOUPLAST® and OCAPE® brands. The company has annual net sales of approximately €35 million.
