Cléopha Thomann is a partner within Gide Real Estate Transactions practice group. Cléopha acts primarily on real estate transactions (merger-acquisition operations on real estate companies, sale and acquisition of pan-European property portfolios, externalization operations (sale and leaseback) for major companies, implementation of partnerships, etc.) and sales in future state of completion. Cléopha also assists her clients in the negotiation of their strategic commercial leases as well as in the management of their real estate portfolios (building restructuring, asset and property management agreements, etc.). She advises investment funds, French and foreign groups alike.
She is a graduate of EDHEC Business School (MSc 2009) and holds a Master's degree in business law . She speaks French and English.
Cleopha was named "Rising Star EMEA 2021" for the Real Estate practice in the IFRL ranking, "Rising Star France 2022 and 2021" for the Real Estate practice in the Expert Guide published by Euromoney and is named in the Best Lawyers ranking since 2020.
