Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2010, counsel Paul Jourdan-Nayrac specialises in mergers, acquisitions, venture capital and private equity matters, acting primarily in the technological sector, on complex operations or deals with an international dimension.
He advises investors, issuing companies and growth companies during funding rounds, restructurings, external growth operations and exits.
In addition, he works on LBO and OBO operations for investment funds and managers.
Paul was actively involved in creating the Gide Venture legal platform dedicated to start-ups. He is also a member of the team working in partnership with the Raise Foundation, offering free legal advice to start-ups.
He holds a joint Master's degree in French and English law (Paris I - Panthéon-Sorbonne University / King's College London) and a Master’s Degree in Business Law (Paris II Panthéon-Assas University). He speaks French and English.
