Paul Guillemin is a partner in Gide's "Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions" team in Paris.

He advises on mergers and acquisitions involving listed and unlisted companies in a variety of sectors, as well as on private equity transactions. His practice covers a wide range of transactions, including cross-border transactions for French and international groups, acquisitions of listed and unlisted companies, industrial spin-offs, joint ventures and corporate restructuring.

Paul has recently advised: Société Générale, on its majority investment in Reed Management, Chargeurs, on its majority investment in Museum Studio, Saint-Gobain, on the acquisition of Glass Service, FG Bros, on the acquisition of a stake in La Rosée Cosmétique Hermès, on an industrial acquisition, Apollo, on its investment in Sofinnova Partners, ELVI, on the sale of Coriolis to Altice (2022).

Paul joined the firm in 2019 after spending 4 years at Willkie Farr & Gallagher and 5 years at Bredin Prat. He is a graduate of ESCP Business School (Master in Management, Programme Grande Ecole) and the Institut de Droit des Affaires de Paris 2. Paul has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2011.
