Gide advised the founders Laurent Bronzini and Mickaël Dray, B & Capital, the majority shareholder, and all other shareholders of the HR Team group with respect to its sale to the Scalian group.
Scalian, a French group with an international focus specialising in management consulting and digital technologies, is strengthening its service offer with the acquisition of HR Team, a service company specialising in information systems and digital transformation. This deal will provide a boost to the Group’s digital technology activities and expertise in France and Europe.
The Gide team was composed of partner Caroline Lan, associates Franciane Rondet, Léa Levesque and Manon Stammbach, for the corporate/M&A aspects, partner Paul de France, associate Harold Turot, for the tax aspects, partner Franck Audran, counsel Pierre-Antoine Degrolard, and associate Charles Petit, for the competitive aspects and partner Foulques de Rostolan, for the employment law aspects.
