Manon Stammbach is an associate in Gide's "Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions" team in Paris.
She advises on mergers and acquisitions (listed and unlisted) and leveraged buy-outs in various industrial and financial sectors. In particular, she advises senior management on these transactions.
She is a graduate of the MS International Business Law and Management at ESSEC Business School and the M2 International Business Lawyer at the University of Rennes. She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2023.
