Set up in the first few days of the global healthcare crisis in March, Gide's Covid-19 taskforce, working hand-in-hand with its Scientific Council, was hard at work to analyse all the measures taken by France's Government and the National Assembly to deal with the Covid-19 pandemic. In the wake of the publication of the law of 14 November 2020 authorising the extension of the state of public health emergency and the new texts regularly published to adapt the business world to a multifaceted crisis, we are once more making our analyses and multidisciplinary expertise available to companies.
The Covid-19 pandemic in France has led the government to take important measures to protect the population.
Although this second lockdown appears less strict than in the spring, the current state of public health emergency once again comes with an ad hoc legal mechanism that impacts both economic actors and their stakeholders.
Our Covid-19 taskforce is ready.
