Gide has advised TA Associates, a private equity firm, on its acquisition of Addinsoft, a publisher of applied mathematics software.
Gide’s team comprised partner David-James Sebag, counsel Paul Jourdan-Nayrac and associates Marie-Sophie Chevreteau and Joséphine Remoussenard, with partner Paul de France and associate Manon Lorthiois on tax aspects.
The sellers were advised on the corporate and tax questions by Cadence Avocats, whose team comprised partner Marie Plassart, partner Florian Petit, and associate Mélissa Gautier, and by Lionel Lesur, partner at Franklin.
