Manon Lorthiois is an associate in Gide's "Tax Law" team in Paris.

She advises a number of French and international groups and investment funds, with a particular focus on M&A and transactional tax issues (LBOs, Venture/Growth to LBOs). She has also developed specific experience in executive profit-sharing.

Manon recently advised HysetCo on its fundraising, Crédit Mutuel Impact and its Revolution Environnementale et Solidaire fund on its first two investments, and iCON on its majority investment in Enoé Energie.

EIle holds a Master 2 in Tax Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (2018) and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Law and Management from HEC (2019). Manon was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2020.
