Gide counsel to Société Générale on the sale of its subsidiary in Guinea

Gide advised Société Générale on the signing of an agreement with the AFG Group relating to the sale by Société Générale of its stake in Société Générale Guinée.

Completion of the transaction remains subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions precedent, in particular regulatory conditions.

The Gide team comprised partners Jean-Gabriel Flandrois and Julien David, associates Eya Ennaifer and Saad Chati, on the M&A aspects and partner Emmanuel Reille, and associate Eléonore Denis, on the competition law aspects.
