Eya Ennaifer is an associate in Gide's "mergers & acquisitions" team in Paris
Her practice focuses on domestic and cross-border acquisitions, joint ventures, investments and, more generally, corporate law issues. She works in France and in various jurisdictions in North and Sub-Saharan Africa, in all types of sectors.
In Africa, Eya has recently advised Crédit Agricole SA on the sale of its stake in Crédit du Maroc, to the maroccon group Holmarcom, Société Générale on the sale of its stake in its subsidiaries in Chad, Madagascar and Guinea, TotalEnergies on the sale of its subsidiaries in Mauritania, Chad, Republic of Central Africa, Niger and Mali, the Heidelbergcement group on the setting up of a joint venture for the construction of the world’s largest calcined clay plant in Ghana and group BPCE on the sale of its stake in Banque Tuniso-Koweitienne to the tunisian family group Elloumi.
Eya graduated from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and speaks Arabic, French and English. She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2018.
