Gide has advised Qair, a fast growing French Independent Power Producer (IPP) operating 1 GW of renewable energy assets worldwide and refocusing on its European, Brazilian, and African geographies, on the sale of its Vietnamese subsidiary and a 70% stake in the 49.5 MW Binh Dinh solar photovoltaic power plant operating in Binh Dinh province. The buyer is a subsidiary of Green Yellow, a French electricity supplier.
This transaction was signed in August 2022 and successfully closed on November 22.
Qair team includes Stéphane Dussillol, Sarah Rodriguez-Lemercier (Qair's General Counsel) and Sylvia Raussin. Gide team was led by partner Alexis Pailleret, working with associates Chloé Bouhours and Axel Azoulay.
