Gide has advised Icare, a subsidiary of BNP Paribas Cardif, on the implementation of its partnership with Volkswagen Financial Services via the creation of joint venture Staymo, 51% owned by Volkswagen Finance Overseas B.V. and 49% by Icare.
This structure, which will be launched initially on the French market and then throughout Europe, will offer multi-brand maintenance solutions to Volkswagen Financial Services customers as part of its long-term leasing of corporate fleet vehicles.
