Laura Lamberti is an associate in Gide's "Banking & Finance" team in London.
She specializes in advising on French banking and financial regulations. In particular, she deals with issues relating to the banking monopoly, the distribution of banking, financial and payment products, AML/CFT regulations, economic sanctions (etc.). She also assists banking and financial institutions in disciplinary proceedings before the ACPR or the AMF, and in litigation before the French courts.
Laura acts on behalf of French and international banking and financial institutions, as well as non-regulated players, on the regulatory framework applicable to their activities in France, as well as in connection with their licensing procedures, acquisitions or internal restructuring operations.
Laura graduated from the Faculté de Droit et Science Politique de Nice in banking and finance law. She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2019.
