Gide has advised Bedford Consulting, the leading EMEA implementation partner of Anaplan’s cloud-native Enterprise Performance Management Software, in connection with the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Blooprint, a well-reputed Anaplan software consultancy and implementation partner in France.
Gide's team comprised Antoine de la Gatinais, partner, Pierre-Guillaume Sagnol, counsel, associate Léo Bouchet on M&A aspects, Paul de France, partner, and Charles Ghuysen, associate, on tax aspects, and associates Maxime Houles and Gheorghe Big on social aspects.
