Charles Ghuysen is an associate in Gide's "Tax Law" team in Paris.

He advises a number of French and international groups as well as investment funds, and is particularly involved in M&A and transactional tax matters (LBOs, Venture/Growth to LBOs). He has also developed specific experience in executive profit-sharing.

Charles recently advised Eurazeo on the proposed sale of its majority stake in Albingia. He advised Beyond Aero on its $44 million capital raising. He advised the Bonduelle Group on the sale of its bagged salad business in France. He also advised sellers including Five Arrows Principal Investments on the sale of Harvest to TA Associates and Montagu.

He is a graduate of the Magistère de juriste d'affaires - DJCE de Paris II Panthéon-Assas and the University of Oxford and Saïd Business School (Master in Law and Finance). He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2018.
