Gide has advised AccorInvest on the acquisition of the premises of four hotels located in France, Spain, Belgium and Portugal, namely: Novotel Paris Centre Gare Montparnasse (199 rooms), Pullman Madrid Airport Feria (179 rooms), Mercure Brussels Airport (120 rooms) and Sofitel Lisboa Liberdade (163 rooms).
These assets were previously leased by AccorInvest from their former owner, Crédit Agricole Assurances, with Amundi Immobilier acting as Asset Manager.
In performing this transaction in the form of a share deal, involving four jurisdictions, Gide advised AccorInvest on real estate and corporate matters, with partner Jean-François Levraud, counsel Pierre-Adrien Vibert, and associate Marion Toualit.
