Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2012, counsel Pierre-Adrien Vibert is a member of Gide's Real Estate Transactions & Financing practice group in Paris. He acts primarily on transactional operations (share and asset deals) on all types of assets or portfolios of real estate assets (shopping centres, office buildings, hotels etc.) for both French and international investors (investment funds, sovereign funds etc.).
Pierre-Adrien works on structuring joint ventures and investment vehicles, implementing financing, managing and valuing real estate assets, and more broadly on all types of issues relating to underlying real estate assets.
Pierre-Adrien holds a Master's degree in private law from Paris I - Panthéon-Sorbonne University and is a graduate of the Ecole de Management in Lyon (2013).
