Gide has advised the investors, Eiffel Investment Group, Azora Capital and Andera Partners, on the €100 million fundraising of cleantech mylight150, a leading energy transition group specialising in the design and distribution of intelligent energy management systems and solar self-consumption solutions.
The Gide team was composed of partner Alexis Pailleret, associates Chloé Bouhours and Saad-Victor Houpert, on the corporate aspects; partner Paul de France, associates Charles Ghuysen and Louis Karcenty, on the tax structuring aspects; partner Bénédicte Mazel and associate Emma George-Weber on energy law aspects.
The investors were also advised by Latham & Watkins and mylight150 was advised by Stephenson Harwood and Akléa.
