Gide has advised the listed company McPhy Energy, a major industrial player in equipment for the production and distribution of low-carbon hydrogen (electrolyzers and refuelling stations), on the disposal of its refueling stations business to Atawey, among the European leaders in the refueling stations sector.
With this transaction, McPhy Energy is refocusing on its core business as manufacturer of electrolyzers in Europe, while continuing to implement its financing plan.
