Elise Bernard is a Counsel in Gide's "Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions" team in Paris.

She mainly advises companies on M&A transactions related to listed and non-listed companies. She is also involved in cross-border restructuring transactions for French and international groups including spin-offs.

For example, Elise recently worked for Kering on its partnership with Ardian on three prestigious property developments in Paris, McPhy Energy on the sale of its hydrogen charging station business, TotalEnergies on the divestment of its Canadian oil sands assets, and Long Path Partners on Keysight Technologies' acquisition of a controlling stake in listed company ESI Group, followed by a takeover bid.

Elise holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Paris - Saclay. She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2016.
