Charlotte Duval is an associate in the "Mergers and Acquisitions / Stock Market M&A" team at Gide Paris.
She mainly advises listed and unlisted companies on corporate law, securities law and their M&A transactions, as well as for their governance issues.
She recently worked for (i) Olympique Lyonnais on the sale of a majority stake in Olympique Lyonnais Féminin, (ii) Vallourec on ArcelorMittal's acquisition of Apollo's stake in Vallourec, (iii) McPhy Energy on the disposal of its refueling stations business to Atawey.
Charlotte is a graduate of Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and holds a Diploma in Legal Studies from Oxford University (University College). She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2024.
