Gide has advised the Léon Grosse Group on the sale of Sunopée, a specialist in decentralized photovoltaic solutions and subsidiary of the Léon Grosse Group, to Virya Energy, a prominent and trusted player in the energy transition sector.
This transaction enables Virya Energy to strengthen its presence in the French renewable energy market
Léon Grosse continues its commitment to environmental transition by focusing on energy renovation through its brands IRIS (residential) and Horizen (tertiary buildings) and on renewable heat production via its subsidiary Voé (biomass and geothermal).
