Iléna Germain is an associate in Gide's "Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions" team in Paris.

Iléna specialises in mergers and acquisitions and corporate law. She advises on acquisitions and disposals of companies with a strong cross-border focus. She also advises on setting up joint ventures, restructuring operations and corporate governance issues.

Iléna Germain holds a master's degree in business law from the Université Catholique de Lille, as well as a certificate in business management from EDHEC Business School. She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2023.
