Gide supported FREY with its acquisition of Park Handlowy Matarnia in Gdansk from Ingka Centres. The value of the transaction was approximately €105 million. This is FREY's first acquisition in Poland.
Park Handlowy Matarnia – the largest shopping mall in the Tri-City and one of the largest of its kind in the region – completes the company's portfolio and is a prelude to FREY's further expansion into the Polish market.
From Gide, the transaction was led by Marcin Muszel and Rafał Osetek.
The transaction and due diligence team also included: Ewa Żbikowska, Ewelina Tokarczyk, Joanna Karkoszka, Magdalena Kalinowska, Agnieszka Myszor, Michał Wiśniewski, Magdalena Molczyk, Karolina Szczepańska, Filip Ruciński, Hubert Karniewski and Szymon Chwaliński.
