He specialises in the administrative aspects of investment process law – especially in the field of environment, zoning, construction and real estate regulations. He has significant experience in supporting clients from the energy, manufacturing, transport, waste, warehouse, commercial and FMCG sectors.
Filip is involved in comprehensive legal services (legal opinions, due diligence audits, transaction and financing documentation and development agreements) for local and international investors.
In 2017, he graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He also has a Certificate in American Law Studies organised by the Emory School of Law & Georgia State University in cooperation with the University of Warsaw. In 2021, he was admitted to the Warsaw Bar Association (Izba Adwokacka w Warszawie).
