Agnieszka is an associate in Gide's "Real Estate Transactions & Finance" team in Warsaw.

She advises clients (including developers and investment funds) operating in the property market on all aspects of various transactions and projects, in particular the structuring and negotiation of property transactions (both asset and equity transactions) and the conduct of due diligence reviews, as well as advising on various legal aspects of the development process. She also advises landlords and tenants in the negotiation of lease agreements (for commercial, office and logistics purposes).

Agnieszka has advised: B&B Hotels Polska on hotel lease agreements in regional cities in Poland, including Poznań; Bouygues Immobilier, SGI and Yareal Polska on transactions securing land for the development of residential projects; and ECE on the acquisition of land for a logistics park project.

Before joining Gide, Agnieszka worked for several major law firms specialising in real estate law. She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University. She was admitted to the Warsaw Bar in 2019.
