FIN | Gide advises banks on bank financing totalling €400m for FREY

Gide advised the lenders, Banque Européenne du Crédit Mutuel (BECM), BNP Paribas, CIC Est, Crédit Lyonnais, Crédit Agricole and Corporate Investment Bank (CACIB), Crédit Agricole Île-de-France (CADIF), Crédit Mutuel Arkéa, Groupe BPCE, La Banque Postale, Natixis and Société Générale in connection with the arrangement of new bank financing totalling €400 million for FREY, a property company specialising in the development and operation of open-air shopping centres in Europe.

The Gide team comprised partners Farah El-Bsat and Rémi Tabbagh, with associate Cléophée Claudel.
