Farah is a Partner in Gide's "Banking and Finance" team in Paris. She specialises in structured finance.

She advises lenders (banks, institutional investors, debt funds, public institutions) and French and international investors on structuring, negotiating and, where necessary, restructuring complex financing transactions. It specialises in real estate and project finance.

She recently acted for lenders in financing the acquisition of a portfolio of hotels in France. In project finance, she recently acted for the lenders (commercial banks, EIB, CDC, Allianz) in financing rolling stock dedicated to regional passenger rail transport, and regularly advises the EIB on venture loan transactions aimed at financing research and development in the Medtech sector.

Farah has worked for the Caisse des dépôts et Consignations and the European Investment Bank. Farah holds a postgraduate diploma (DEA) in international law and international organisations from the University of Paris I - Panthéon-Sorbonne. She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2009.
