Member of the Brussels Bar since 2020 and the Irish Bar since 2019, Rolline Skehan is an associate in the Competition, International Trade and Regulatory team in Gide's Brussels office. Rolline is specialised in competition law and regulatory matters.
Rolline assists clients in merger control proceedings before the European Commission and the French Competition Authority, and advises clients in abuse of a dominant position cases.
Rolline has several years of experience in the fields of environment and energy law and advises on the latest EU policy developments, particularly in relation to sustainable finance, including the Taxonomy, the CSRD, the SFRD and ESG issues more generally. She accompanies clients through the full range of advocacy support, including legal analysis, drafting consultation responses, monitoring and coordinating on relevant national reforms.
