Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2016, counsel Morgan Maréchal joined Gide in 2015 and specialises in mergers, acquisitions and corporate law. She acts on national and international acquisition operations, as well as on restructuring and joint ventures, and on corporate law issues in general.
Morgan has recently advised major industrial players as well as banking institutions on a variety of corporate matters.
She holds a Master’s degree in corporate law from the University of Rennes 1 (France), and an LL.M. in International Business Law from the University of Exeter (UK).
