Gide advised Societe Generale on signing an agreement with the Beninese government in which Societe Generale sells its stake (representing 93.43% of the share capital) in Societe Generale Benin.
The completion of the transaction remains subject to the satisfaction of certain regulatory and other conditions precedent.
