Avocat inscrit au Barreau de Paris depuis 2003, Olivier Loizon est un expert reconnu du contentieux des affaires.

Il conseille et accompagne ses clients – entreprises, dirigeants et actionnaires -- dans la gestion et la résolution des contentieux complexes et sensibles auxquels ils sont confrontés.

Avant de rejoindre le cabinet Gide, il a exercé pendant neuf ans au sein du cabinet Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP (2003-2012) puis a fondé en 2012 le cabinet SLVF avant son rapprochement avec Viguié Schmidt & Associés en 2017.

Olivier est titulaire d'un maîtrise de droit des affaires et fiscalité de l'Université Paris I et d'un DEA de droit international privé et du commerce international de l'Université Paris II.

Olivier est membre du Comité français de l'arbitrage et de Paris place de droit et est chargé d'enseignement à l'Université Paris-Saclay.

Il est régulièrement distingué par les principaux classements internationaux (Chambers et Legal 500) et par ses pairs (Best Lawyers) comme un avocat de premier plan en matière de contentieux stratégiques.
