Law no. 6715 amending Labour Law and Turkish Labour Institution Law (“Amending Law“) was published in the Official Gazette no. 29717 dated 20 May 2016, and entered into force on the same date.
The amendments offer employees of private employment agencies the possibility to be reemployed by a third party employer as a temporary employee, and introduce a remote working system in Turkish law.
