Maciej Grela, tax advisor, a member of the tax practice at Gide Warsaw.
For over 15 years he has been specialising in tax aspects of enterprise restructuring, as well as in advising on taxation of real estate and M&A deals. He advises clients on the tax aspects of numerous transactions carried out by Gide Warsaw – often complex in nature and with international elements. He also provides comprehensive support to clients in tax aspects of their day-to-day business operations. He has successfully represented clients in disputes with tax authorities and before administrative courts, and has also gained beneficial tax interpretations for clients. His clients include companies from the FMCG, real estate, construction and financial sectors.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw as well as from the Postgraduate Studies in English and European Law organised by the University of Warsaw and the University of Cambridge. He has also completed postgraduate studies in tax law at the University of Warsaw.
He speaks Polish and English.
