Gide has advised Amundi Private Equity Funds on the structuring of PRIMA fund, a private equity, private infrastructure and private debt Evergreen fund dedicated to the digital, environmental, energy and social companies transition and in obtaining the ELTIF authorization with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers.
The Fund will carry out primary transactions, secondary transactions and enter into co-investment transactions.
This fund, which is the first ELTIF 2.0 fund launched by Amundi in France, benefits from the opening of the scheme introduced by the Loi Industrie Verte and will be referenced as a unit-linked contracts with insurers. The fund will invest mainly via primary and secondary markets in private equity, infrastructure and private debt assets.
The Gide team comprised partner Stéphane Puel, counsel Clothilde Beau and associate Pierre Andriuzzi, who advised on the legal and regulatory structuring of the fund.
