Clothilde Beau is Counsel in Gide's "Investment Funds & Asset Management" team in Paris.

Her practice covers the structuring of all types of investment funds (debt, infrastructure, private equity, real estate or investing in listed assets), whether dedicated to professionals or open to non-professional clients. She also assists institutional investors for their investments in private funds and is involved in secondary transactions. Besides, she advises financial institutions on all regulatory matters associated with asset management services.

Clothilde worked on the structuring of a number of high-profile investment funds such as Fonds Objectif Climat and Fonds Obligations Relance. She has recently structured several infrastructure and energy transition financing funds, in equity and debt. She also advised several asset managers to launch their first "ELTIF 2" funds in France.

Clothilde joined Gide in 2014. She is a graduate of the Collège Universitaire and the Ecole de Droit de Sciences Po Paris (2012) and of the Master 2 professionnel en droit bancaire et financier of the Université Paris II (2014). She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2016.
